Also in Burlington, Vt. and right on the lake, Champlain has almost 2000 students. About half live on campus, a campus that looks very new; buildings, computers, dining area, etc. Business is a big major here but the more interesting choices include tech fields such as Game Design, Software Engineering, Digital Forensics, and Information Security as well as Environmental Policy, Hosptality, and Entrepreneurship.
Their unique 'top down' structure has students taking classes in their chosen major right away, finishing required classes only after they have had a chance to see for sure if it's truly a major they want. 2 very unusual items; they seem smitten with the Myers-Briggs type indicator and summer vacation starts on April 30!
