Another college where solid B students can get in, Springfield claims to be the birthplace of basketball. 2200 undergrads attend and nearly all are involved in some type of sport. The athletic facilities here are truly impressive. Their most popular majors reflect this sports related bent; PE, PT, PA, Athletic Training, Sports Management, Exercise Science, and Sports Journalism. They also are growing their Computer Graphics department and regularly have students intern with Pixar in LA.
